Cannelés, the iconic pastries of southwestern France, delight with their thin, caramelized crust and soft, melt-in-your-mouth center, delicately flavored with vanilla and rum.

Originating in Bordeaux centuries ago, they have become one of the region’s most iconic specialties. Carefully prepared according to tradition, our cannelés pay homage to this culinary expertise that has been passed down through generations.

As the authentic recipe dictates, the batter is flavored with a touch of rum. This reveals its full aromatic richness during baking, while the alcohol evaporates naturally: the finished product therefore contains no alcohol.

ACTION OF SOLIDARITY: Following the severe fires that affected the Gironde region of France at the start of the summer, 50 per cent of the proceeds from the sale of cannelés between 12 August 2026 and 30 September 2026 will be donated to the French Red Cross to help families who have lost everything in this tragedy.Thank you for supporting this initiative together with us.
