Apricot Tart: A refined seasonal tart made with a crisp buttery sweet pastry, a soft baked almond cream, and topped with light vanilla chantilly and juicy, fresh apricots. These delicate dessert offers the perfect balance of sweetness, freshness, and fruity flavour. Whenever possible and subject to seasonal availability, we carefully select premium apricots from the Valais region, renowned for producing some of Switzerland's finest apricots.

This artisanal pastry highlights seasonal ingredients for a refined and indulgent dessert. Available as an individual dessert or as a cake serving four or eight.
