The "Suisse" is a pastry made from folded croissant dough containing vanilla custard and chocolate chips, covered with a thin layer of powdered sugar

Fun fact: despite its name, this pastry is not a specialty of Swiss origin. On the contrary, it is barely known in Switzerland.

A key ingredient in the production of our breads and pastries, the flour selected by Juliette is supplied by Foricher mills based in France.
