The voucher must be used in a single transaction. Cash payment, retroactive application to previous purchases, or a reduction in voucher value due to a lower purchase amount are not possible.

If you would like the voucher sent to you by post, we will do so free of charge. Simply choose a collection date and location during checkout and write “please send by post” in the comments.
