The result of these first days in a few figures:
– 6’024 croissants
– 2’971 baguettes
– 396 tartelettes au citron méringuées
– 30 metre queue on Saturday 4 March (sorry for the wait 🤗).
– A few mistakes at the checkout… and a nice compliment: “Juliette makes me feel like I’m in Paris”.
