It’s summer and Juliette is happy about the days getting longer.
Not to be missed in June:
The ice creams of L’Artisan Glacier… Discover this traditional Maison and its ice creams flavored to your liking: sorbet with apricots from Valais, glacé with salted caramel… a real treat for the papillae.
June is also the time for aperitifs: for a successful aperitif, Juliette offers you delicious cheese and meat platters to go with her crusty baguettes. There are also new sandwiches such as the fruit bun with brie, the milk bun with tuna or the goji berry bun with chicken and chorizo.
You can also order your Apero box from Juliette for aperitifs with friends by the lake. Order by 12:30pm the day before.
News: salad season is officially open with two new salads at Juliette. The vegetarian one gets new colors with tomato, avocado, corn and mozzarella. And the traditional Salade Niçoise to already feel like you’re on vacation on the Côte d’Azur.
Gluten-free bread: on Friday and Saturday, Juliette offers our friends with gluten intolerance a tasty bread made with corn and rice flour.

The result of these first days in a few figures:
– 6’024 croissants
– 2’971 baguettes
– 396 tartelettes au citron méringuées
– 30 meters of queue on Saturday, March 4th (sorry for the wait 🤗)
– A few mistakes at the cash register… and a nice compliment: “At Juliette’s I feel like I’m in Paris”.

The construction site

The quality of our products depends on the good ingredients and the know-how of Émile and Julien, but also on state-of-the-art production machines.
On January 5th and 6th (Santa was a little late) the machines finally arrived: deck oven, rotating oven, fermentation chambers, kneading machine, beaters… the bakery and pastry laboratories took shape in front of our amazed eyes.
Electrician, plumber and ventilation experts were also present to install the equipment.
Émile and Julien are looking forward to starting the tests and to welcoming you soon!
