The voucher must be redeemed at once. A cash payment, a retroactive credit against purchases already made or the reduction of the voucher value due to a purchase of smaller amount is not possible.

If you want your voucher to be sent to you per post, we’ll do it for free. Just select a pick-up day and location and write in the comments “please send it per post”.
